Managed a team of designers and developers to create the full UX of the web platform—including the video scheduler, segment builder, and theme library—ensuring it was intuitive for internal and external users across multiple brands while adhering to compliance requirements.

Led the end-to-end development of 200+ modular ad templates and served as project manager between multiple teams to create the logic behind the video generation workflow—including collaboration with engineers to define system structure, creative segmentation, personalization, and dynamic offers.

Delivered recurring presentations to Google’s internal ad teams, sharing performance metrics, case studies, focus group insights, and upcoming product strategies to inform platform initiatives.
