As Art Director, I led the end-to-end development of 200+ modular ad templates and partnered with cross-functional teams to architect the logic behind the entire video generation workflow—including collaboration with engineers to define system structure, creative segmentation, personalization, and dynamic offers.
I also designed the full UX of the platform—including the video scheduler, segment builder, and theme library—ensuring it was intuitive for internal and external users across multiple brands.
Performance metrics and roadmap strategy were routinely presented directly to Google’s internal ad teams.
